Welcome to Spiider (spiiderind.com), operated by Spiider India ("Spiider," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with us via WhatsApp/call, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be 18 or older, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account or place an order. Orders for kids' products should be placed by an adult on the child's behalf.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP-linked phone number secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at onlyspiderind@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product colors, fabric details, and sizing, but slight variations (especially with dyed/washed denim and handcrafted ethnic wear) may occur.
Prices, offers, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel orders — including after confirmation — in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued for any such cancellation.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via the website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
We accept major cards, UPI, and net banking.
Order confirmation via email/SMS does not guarantee product availability; we'll notify you promptly if an item can't be fulfilled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery page for timelines and charges. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

See our Returns & Exchanges page. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us; once shipped, please use our returns process instead.

7. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale/bulk purchases are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of enquiry (minimum order quantities, factory pricing, dispatch timelines). Contact our wholesale team via the Wholesale Portal or WhatsApp for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Spiider name, logo, wordmark, product designs, photography, and site content are the property of Spiider India and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, submitting fraudulent orders, or posting abusive content in reviews or on social channels tagged to us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spiider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, India.
